Our apartments – Price to rent an apartment in Breda
We have two types of apartments available for our guests. Studios with about 30 M2 and Studios / Apartments with a surface of 40 to 60 M2. Our pricing:
- Studio (30 M2): €65,- *
- Studio / Apartment (40-60 M2): €85,- *
*Weekly cleaning is included;
*These prices are based on a minimum stay of 3 uninterrupted weeks;
*Max. 2 persons per studio/apartment.
When 3 weeks is too long for your desire, short stay is negotiable. But it is possible that we must apply different rates. Please ask our customer service for more information.
Short stay or long stay apartment at LongStay Breda
Sometimes it’s very hard to find a good apartment in Breda. Especially when you’re not Dutch or familiar with the city of Breda. For a minimum stay of three weeks you don’t need to look any further.
In a short or long stay at our apartment it is possible to completely take care of yourself. All of our apartments have a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, WiFi and the possibility to use the washing machine and dryer.
